Terms and Conditions

Order Minimum

  • 2 dozen per style per color
  • Shipped in increments of 2 dozen per order only.

Samples

  • Maximum 6 different styles per color per order.
  • Shipped C.O.D. (CASH, CREDIT CARD, OR CERTIFIED CHECK) under first column pricing plus sample embroidery cost if applicable.
  • All samples sales are final – No returns or refunds.  No exceptions!

Shipping

  • Blank cap orders written and placed by 2:00 P.M. will be shipped the same day unless otherwise advised.
  • Orders will be shipped FOB Irvine, CA through UPS Ground by default unless the customer specify the freight/courier service.
  • By default, C.O.D. charge will be applied to all shipments to C.O.D. customers unless the customers specify alternative payment arrangements.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or delayed orders once the merchandise leave our warehouse.  You will be notified of any delay on your order.

Terms

  • New account orders will be shipped C.O.D. – cashier’s check or money order is acceptable form of payment.
  • Returned checks are subjected to a $20.00 service charge.
  • Open term credits are available to customers upon approval of their credit applications.  Terms are net from the date of invoice.
  • We reserved the  right to change credit terms at any time.  Also, we reserved the right to refuse customer.
  • All digitized artworks and logo specifications made by us will stay with us unless you provide us your digitized artworks and specifications.

Claims and Returns

  • All claims for shortages, damages, or incorrect merchandise must be made to Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of shipped merchandise.  No credit is to be made without prior approval.
  • For blank caps, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all merchandise prior to embroidery or screen-printing.
  • Under no circumstances will a return authorization be issued for embroidered or decorated headwear.  Same goes with the embroidered merchandise.
  • Defective merchandise must have tape over the site of defect.
  • All returns must have authorization number issued by us.
  • For embroidered merchandise, we are not responsible for up to 3% of manufacturer’s defect.
  • All blank cap returns are subjected to 15% restocking fee in addition to  freight and C.O.D. charges.
  • Absolutely no cash refunds.
